For those who’ve already completed the 2-day Workplace Wellbeing First Aid course and need to refresh their skills, this requalification day is designed to keep you sharp and up-to-date. As recommended every three years, it ensures you’re current with the latest best practices, so you can continue to provide effective support exactly when it’s needed most in your workplace.
At the heart of my training is the belief that no one should feel anything less than confident to help someone in need. I truly see mental health as equally important as physical health, and that’s why my training provides expert guidance to empower you in your role. We’ll refresh your existing knowledge and revisit the practical action plan, so you feel fully confident to offer help both in emergencies and as a longer-term solution for your colleagues.
