Ready to go a bit deeper? This awareness course builds on the essentials, giving your team a solid foundation in Workplace Wellbeing First Aid. You’ll really hone your ability to spot the early signs of a mental health issue and confidently step in to offer initial help.
I encourage open and honest conversations around stigma, stress, and pressure – getting to the heart of what truly helps create a supportive work environment. We’ll use a practical Action Plan to guide you in appropriately supporting someone, whether it’s during an immediate situation or as part of a longer-term solution.
Who it’s perfect for: Just like the essentials, this course is designed for all adults and is totally applicable within your workplace. No prior knowledge needed, but it’s a brilliant complement if you’ve done MHFA or similar training.
